Mike has held various senior positions in the corporate and institutional property and facilities management industry throughout a distinguished career spanning more than 45 years. His extensive experience includes roles with Old Mutual Properties as Leasing Manager, Southern Life Properties as Provincial Property Manager, TFMC (Total Facilities Management Company, now Bidvest) managing the Telkom SA national account as Senior Property Specialist, Concordia in Dubai, UAE (a joint venture with the Dubai Government) as Property and Marketing Manager, Deloitte & Touche as an Associate Consultant, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality as Team Leader in the Fixed Assets Department, and most recently as CEO of Broll Property Group in Kigali, Rwanda. Around 10 years ago, Mike transitioned into commercial, industrial, and retail property leasing, sales, and consulting. Today, he specialises in the greater Centurion area within the Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, where he leverages his extensive industry knowledge to deliver strategic property solutions and exceptional client service. Mike is a Full Status Property Practitioner, registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), and holds a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
